Sure, it’s my job to create awesome workouts that challenge you. But that’s only the beginning. When it comes down to it, that alone isn’t enough. My job is to help you make a change in your life – usually a huge change. To do that, we’ll need to nail down a few major goals to work towards. I’ll provide you with key strategies, and I’ll walk you through every step of the process. 

 

We’re all different. What works for Mary might not work for Bob. I understand that. That’s why we spent all that time on fitness assessment and goal setting, remember? You’ll receive a program 100% tailored to your specific needs. More importantly, I’ll be here to tweak that program as we go. And no, those tweaks won’t cost you any extra. Just as you adapt to the training, I adapt the training to you.

 

It’s okay if you’d rather only work with me once per week. I’m not going to punish you for that. You’ll receive up to two additional workouts per week (if desired), along with video tutorials for each exercise.

 

I can’t write you a full-on meal plan – I’m not a nutritionist – but I can and will provide you with the nutrition basics you need to get started.

That’s completely up to you. I’d say I have a pretty even split of working in my clients’ homes and meeting at local parks. We do have the opportunity to move around more when we meet outdoors, but in-home sessions work well, too.

 

You should expect to be put through a moderately difficult workout that usually lasts about 45 minutes. Expect to receive great programming, great coaching, and great motivation. Oh, and expect to have fun!

 

We’ll be working with all sorts of equipment. We’ll most likely start with bodyweight and bands, but it won’t take long before I pull out the kettlebells, sandbags, battling ropes, and sliders.

 

Nope. None at all. I’m a big believer in personal training as a learning experience more than simply a means to get fit. I’ll set your program up to maximize your fitness gains, of course, but also to increase your fitness knowledge and build your experience.
