Andy Chassé is just another guy in the fitness industry trying to change lives. He’s coming up on his 10-year anniversary in the field.

Andy holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, along with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 

Despite his background in the weight room, Andy is a big believer in fitness that takes place outside of the gym.

He’s gymless, and he’s proud of it.
