One step at a time. One month is just long enough for you to start seeing results, and it’s a great time to shake it up if necessary.

 

The program starts with a video meeting. We’ll talk about your strengths and weaknesses, establish a set of short-term and long-term goals, and more. This session helps me understand exactly where you’re at.

 

After our initial meeting, I may ask for a series of assessment videos so I can make educated decisions about your programming. From there, I’ll create a personalized program for you to follow. And, of course, I’m always ready to make changes on the fly if something isn’t working.

 

Some exercises aren’t intuitive at all – I totally get it. That’s why I’ll set you up with video exercise demonstrations for every single exercise in your program. Plus, you’ll receive a cheat sheet that details the big “coaching cues” for each exercise.

 

Just in case all of that isn’t enough, you will have 100% unlimited phone, email, and text access to me. I’ll answer any question you have within 24 hours, guaranteed. There’s no limit to what you can ask. I’m here for you.

You can dedicate as much time or as little time as you’d like. You have full access to me for a month, so it’s all up to you. Typically, you can expect to spend 3 to 4 days per week doing workouts (30-45 minutes at a time).

 

Well, you should expect to get awesome programming, easy to follow exercise tutorials, and super-duper fantastic motivational support. You should also expect to work hard. I can write a great program, but you’re the one who has to carry it out.

 

We can communicate in any way that makes you happy. I’m a big an of email, but I’m happy to hop on the phone or skype for a chat. If you’re in need of major motivation, I’m all about text message motivation.

 

Nope. None at all. I’m a big believer in personal training as a learning experience more than simply a means to get fit. I’ll set your program up to maximize your fitness gains, of course, but also to increase your fitness knowledge.
