Circuit 1

Kettlebell Squat to Press (VIDEO) x 2 sets x 30 seconds

Circuit 1

200-meter sprint x 2 sets

Circuit 1

Kettlebell Offset Carry (VIDEO) x 2 sets x 30 seconds

Circuit 2

Kettlebell 1 Arm Swing (VIDEO) x 2 sets x 15 seconds/side

Circuit 2

200-meter sprint x 2 sets

Circuit 2

Rest Period

60-120 seconds

THE DETAILS

We’re starting to get serious here. No more supersets – we’ve upgraded to circuits. This time do exercise one, then exercise two, then exercise three, then you can rest. Repeat for circuit two.

 

Again, we’ve got a combination of exercises that are great at ramping up your heart rate. This time, they’re just a little tougher. Go hard, but make sure the movement quality doesn’t suffer.

 

Instead of two supersets and a finisher, we have two circuits. You don’t have to deal with the finisher, but the wear and tear of two circuits with a small rest break will get to you.
