I see you’ve found the free workout section. Yeah! We have gymless workouts for different types of equipment (including just your body!), different goals, and different levels of difficulty.
Start by choosing your preferred workout tool.
Our bodyweight workouts use only one tool – your body. Well, and maybe a few extra props that you can find around your house.
Our band workouts use one resistance band. Any type will work, as long as it’s full length (not a mini-band).
Our kettlebell workouts can be done with a single kettlebell, but it’s helpful to have two of the same weight.
